Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policies
All transactions will be completed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Maximum amount per transaction is $1000.00.
- A non-refundable $35.65 Skate Canada Fee (per year) and a $5 Club Admin Fee (per year) is required per skater registered each season. These fees are included in the registration fee.
We accept Visa, VisaDebit, Visa Checkout, MasterCard, MasterPass and Discover through online payment.
We accept cash or cheque as well. This method of payment must be paid directly to the club by either giving to an executive member, mailing it, or handing it into the Town of Vermilion Office. Skaters will not be considered registered and will not be permitted on the ice untill all payments and bond cheques have been recieved.
All payments including bond cheques must be paid to the club in order for your child to be considered registered and permitted on the ice.
For PreCanSkate only: Any cancellations made on or before thetwo week withdrawal date will be refunded their registration fee minus the $35.65 Skate Canada Fee, $5 Club Admin Fee. Any cancellations made after the withdrawal date will not be issued a refund.
If cancellation is due to illness or injury that prevents the skater from continuing lessons, a doctors note must be provided to the club and approval from the Executive must be obtained at the next monthly Executive meeting. In this case, the registration fee will be refunded minus the $35.65 Skate Canada Fee, $5 Club Fee, and the pro-rated amount for lessons already taken.
If a skater changes classes by being moved up, fees will be adjusted accordingly.
